Collections Training Facilitator Market Related Salary - Westville

Our client is on the search for a Collections Training Facilitator. As a Collections Training Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive training programs to our collections staff. This will require you to be office-based, sitting amongst the Collections Team. You will be working alongside the Collections Manager and other stakeholders to design, develop, and facilitate training sessions that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our collections team members. 1. Facilitate Training Sessions: Lead engaging and interactive training sessions for collections staff, covering topics such as negotiation techniques, compliance regulations, communication skills, and effective debt recovery strategies. 2. On-the-Job Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to collections agents to reinforce training concepts, address performance issues, and promote continuous improvement. 3. Training Material Development: Assist in the development and enhancement of training materials, presentations, and resources to ensure they are current, relevant, and aligned with departmental objectives. 4. Compliance and Regulatory Training: Educate collections staff on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing debt collection practices, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and compliance requirements. 5. Performance Evaluation: Participate in performance evaluations and assessments to identify training needs, measure training effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to training programs as necessary. 6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within collections to identify training priorities, share best practices, and foster a culture of learning and development. 7. Training Administration: Assist in coordinating training schedules, logistics, and resources, including preparing training materials, booking training venues, and managing training documentation. QUALIFICATIONS ● NQF Level 4 – matriculation ● Accredited Trainer advantageous EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE ● 3-4 years previous training facilitation experience required ● Minimum 3 years' experience within Collections. Knowledge: ● Advanced understanding of training gaps ● Advanced understanding of skills, training and development ● Advanced understanding of business principles ● Advanced understanding of debt collections ● Advanced understanding of financial management principles ● Advanced knowledge of Skills Development legislation and framework ● Advanced understanding of course development and alignment ● Detailed understanding client service requirements. ● Proven experience in collections, debt recovery, or financial services, with a strong understanding of collections processes and practices. ● Previous experience in training facilitation, adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies preferred. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences. ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other training software/tools Market Related Salary Apply Now
