Reference: JHB002341-SH-1 The Dispatch Manager will ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch of warehoused goods. They will also be responsible for managing warehousing costs such as materials, packaging, staffing, breakages, and shortages. The Dispatch Manager will also manage a team of 2 direct reports and 25 indirect reports. Requirements: Food Safety knowledge a MUST (FSSC 22000) Supply Chain/ Distribution qualification Warehouse environment experience Supervisory and/or management experience Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Warehousing and Distribution procedures and processes. Manage and maintain inventory levels. Daily, Weekly and Monthly stocktake Resolve all stock variances Liaise with the maintenance team on all machinery maintenance and repairs Ensuring all Health and Safety regulations and standards are met. Dispatch Team management (performance, discipline, training, regulatory requirements) Analyse and report on production efficiency and variance indicators. R 30 000 - R 40 000 - Monthly plus provident fund, 13th cheque
