Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Drivers license

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing
  • Selling/Trade in's
  • Insurance claims - accident, cyber, marine, building
  • Maintenance/service costs
  • Service plan and warranty monitoring
  • License renewals/change of ownership
  • Monitoring of fines
  • Cost analysis for vehicle replacements
  • 200L trailer license renewals
  • 200L trailer serving schedule and maintenance
  • Tracker installations/deinstallations
  • Webfleet reporting
  • Vehicle name changing
  • Adding address pinns and area rings for notifications
  • All webfleet maintenance
  • Creating/disabling users
  • Branding of vehicles
  • Vehicle fines - allocate driver for payment & deduction
  • PrDP Permits - training and applications
  • Drivers license monitoring
  • Fuel card ordering and facility monitoring
  • Rotating light and flag for vehicles
  • Reverse buzzer installations
  • Fleet list/record keeping
  • Fine registers updated and maintained
  • Tiger Wheel and Tyre account management and recon monthly
