Responsibilities and Duties Arranging training interventions as required by the Company – including legally required health & safety training Record keeping of all training interventions on the necessary training platforms Assistance with annual Skills submissions (ATR & WSP) Assistance with monthly reporting Management of all data related to the Skills section of BBBEE in the Company Preparation and roll-out of biannual performance reviews for the Company Administration of training related projects including but not limited to Learnerships, Bursaries, Apprenticeships, YES initiatives etc. Administration of the Company’s online training platform Liaising with operational points Adherence to company policies & procedures General HR related duties Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 Computer literate (Excel, Word) Diploma/Degree in HR Working experience in HR (advantageous) Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) (advantageous) Experience with Performance Management (advantageous) Experience with annual Skills submissions and dealings with various SETA’s (advantageous) Knowledge of relevant legislation including BCEA, EEA, Skills Development Excellent communication skills Detail Orientated and deadline driven Highly organised individual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Numerical competence Valid driver’s licence and be willing to travel The post General Secretary appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
