Collaborate with management, Human Capital, and stakeholders to craft impactful learning interventions aligned with business goals and talent requirements. This pivotal role requires a keen understanding of the financial technology sector, adept planning skills, and a proactive mindset to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Requirements for Success: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, collaborative tools, and Learning & Development platforms. Ability to design surveys using online tools such as MS Forms. Strong planning and coordination abilities. Proactive self-starter with problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, best practices, training methodologies Experienced in management of Bursaries, internships, and learnerships Strong knowledge and experience in instructional design, accreditation, and facilitation Reporting analytics and administration SDF Functionalities: Learnerships, internships, Bursaries, and BBBEE Onboarding, Induction, and department-specific training enhancement Design and implementation of training and development programs Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives aligned with organizational goals. Manage Bursaries, internships, and learnerships effectively Apply adult learning principles and best practices in training methodologies Design and facilitate instructional training sessions Handle reporting, analytics, and administration related to training programs Implement Learnerships, internships, Bursaries, and BBBEE initiatives Enhance onboarding, induction, and department-specific training Develop and execute training and development programs Design and update learning programs to address evolving needs and learning gaps effectively. Utilize Udemy for Business platform to curate relevant courses and resources for employee development. Develop and implement a comprehensive career framework to guide employee growth. Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new employees. Manage the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) processes for regulatory compliance. Conduct assessments to measure learning outcomes. Deliver formal training sessions, covering technical and soft skills. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends for accurate and relevant training content. Manage learning requirements through a comprehensive year planner. Compile insightful reports on learning interventions for senior management. Assist in fulfilling regulatory reporting requirements. Personal Qualities: Highly organized with a customer-centric focus. Detail-oriented and precise in execution. Resilient and able to handle challenges with confidence. Proactive and solution-oriented. A natural team player with a collaborative spirit. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant tertiary qualification in HR/Management, Learning & Development, Train the Trainer, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development. Exposure to the financial technology industry is advantageous. Strong understanding of adult learning principles Knowledge of best practices in training methodologies Experience in instructional design, accreditation, and facilitation Proficient in reporting, analytics, and administration Knowledge and Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
