Description: Hire Resolve's client is actively seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join their mining team in the Western Cape. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Designing and developing engaging and interactive training programs, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions. Coordinating and delivering training sessions, workshops, and other learning events. Managing training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and participant communications. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through various methods, such as surveys, assessments, and feedback. Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date. Researching and implementing best practices in learning and development. Maintaining training records and preparing reports on training activities and outcomes. Requirements: Grade 12 Degree/Diploma in HR Diploma in ODETDP Technical Qualification (Trade/Mining/Engineering) 8 years' experience within the mining industry.
