A reputable law firm in Cape Town is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of post-article experience and a strong understanding of both High Court and Magistrate Court litigation. This role offers a great opportunity to make a significant impact within a supportive and dynamic environment. Independently manage the litigation department, reporting directly to the directors. Handle complex litigation matters. Lead the department effectively. Demonstrate proficiency in Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Exhibit excellent organisational and communication skills. Applicant must have at least 7-10 years post article experience; Must have sound knowledge of High Court and Magistrate Litigation; Must be able to run the litigation department independently reporting only to the directors;
