Reference: DUR002153-LB-1 DUR002153 – MAINTENANCE MANAGER (FARM) - Creighton KZN Job Purpose: To organize and oversee the maintenance and smooth running of the client's warehouse. Required Qualifications: Matric Relevant Tertiary qualification / trade. 5 years in a similar role and industry. Must be willing to work long hours on ad-hoc basis. Required Technical Competencies & Experience: Implement & manage maintenance strategies across the client's factory. Lead & manage the maintenance team's performance, task load & work quality. Working closely with the Production Manager, ensuring manufacturing KPI's are achieved. Strict stock management of critical spares & managing the control standards of the workshop equipment. Implementation & planning of preventative maintenance schedules. Manage and accountable to annual repairs and maintenance budget. Good understanding of mechanical concepts: Hydraulics, UHT Systems, Pneumatics, Pumps, Boilers, Generators, etc. Behavioral Competencies Unquestionable integrity. High energy. Able to work under pressure. Strong project management skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
