To play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic decision-making process and enhancing organizational performance through data-driven insights and comprehensive reporting. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Innovation, the candidate will lead efforts to gather, analyze, and communicate strategic insights, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives. •Establish the core analytical capabilities to serve the Strategy Division and the Bank at large: •Oversee the measurement, analysis and reporting of key metrics, developing optimised reports that can be used across the Bank •Derive market insights, from acquisition of data from external sources and marry internal data to enable analysis, to inform strategic decisions •Use analytics insights to understand the performance of the Bank, and use data and analytics to inform decisions around •A ba, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field •7 ears experience including: •Strategy and Quantitative Analyst role preferably within the Financial Sector or Financial Services environment •Knowledge of SAP
