This role demands a strategic leader with exceptional management skills and a deep understanding of enterprise sales dynamics. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, maintaining high retention rates, and ensuring the success of our enterprise sales team. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of enterprise account managers to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. Foster strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients. Conduct regular sales forecasts and performance evaluations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Provide expert advice and solutions aligned with client needs. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing. Minimum of 5 years in a sales management role with a proven track record of achieving sales growth. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
