We are seeking for a skilled and entrepreneurial Personal Financial Advisor to join our team in the insurance industry. As a Personal Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in growing Liberty's customer base, by acquiring clients and providing valuable financial advice and guidance to them, ensuring their financial well-being and security. You will be responsible for analysing clients' financial situations, developing personalized financial plans, and recommending suitable insurance products and investment opportunities. With your expertise, you will help clients achieve their financial goals and protect their assets in an ever-changing market. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and evaluations for clients through in-depth analysis of their financial goals, income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Grow Liberty's market segmentation, through the acquisition of clients. Develop customized financial plans that align with clients' objectives, providing recommendations on insurance products, investment strategies, and risk management solutions. Guide clients in making informed decisions concerning insurance coverage, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and wealth preservation. Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends, and new product offerings to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their financial journey. Monitor and review clients' financial plans regularly, addressing any changes in their circumstances and adjusting strategies accordingly. Collaborate with other professionals such as lawyers, accountants, and estate planners to provide comprehensive financial solutions. Matric or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years sales experience is beneficial Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop effective financial plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in financial plans and documentation.
