Responsibilities: Reception duties General office management Administrative support to all staff PA to directors Data capturing and compiling / editing of documentation This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work. Manage and direct calls professionally to the respective individual Welcome visitors and offer coffee or other refreshments to visitors Responsible for all reception administration, filing, scanning etc Ensure the reception and kitchen area are always clean Manage courier services (International & Domestic) Manage petty cash Manage cleaning staff Compiling and editing of documentation Offer comprehensive assistance to executives and staff Maintain clear communication channels throughout the office Assist with project administration and procurement when required Performing ad hoc office duties as required e.g. maintain filing system, liaising with service contractors, liaising with company IT, etc Manage, assist and book Travel arrangements Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 Certificate Personal and/or Business Assistance qualification Clear criminal record Driver's licence Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans Own transport Office 365 experience Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint required Relevant experience of 3 – 5 years Must reside in or close to Brackenfell R12 000 Apply Now
