KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate Data into Insights & Action: - Find the signal in the data, translate insights into clear and simple narratives, and leverage those insights to create action plans yielding both near and long-term results.
Process Optimisation: - Implement processes to increase customer-facing team productivity.
- Analyse and streamline revenue-related processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, driving towards simple, scalable process solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting: - Produce and maintain reports and dashboards that surface insights and accelerate information-to-action at scale.
- Support each team in designing and building reports and dashboards in HubSpot.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data roles to drive alignment and optimise the company's GTM strategy.
- Educate and keep the sales teams apprised of key process changes and system updates.
Technology and Tools Management: - Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the HubSpot CRM platform.
- Deeply understand the architecture and configuration of HubSpot, identifying and rectifying any issues.
- Write and maintain documentation for sales operation processes like sequences and workflows.
Revenue Forecasting: - Assist in the revenue forecasting process, providing accurate and timely projections.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within the forecast and recommend corrective actions.
Special Projects and Ad-Hoc Evaluations: - Prepare ad hoc evaluations and participate in special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within a SaaS company.
- Solid functional understanding of HubSpot CRM, with strong experience in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and HubSpot CRM.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue growth strategies.
- Excellent critical thinking skills; able to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed.
- Clear thinker and compelling communicator both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence up, down, and across the business. This includes influencing without authority, building alliances, and bringing a sense of calm to complex and time-sensitive situations.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision (i.e., self-starter).
- Enthusiasm, a sense of humour, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.
- You excel at breaking down complex problems and developing clear, effective processes that enable team success.
- Ability to document automated workflows/processes in HubSpot/CRM and their integrated technologies.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of centralised revenue operations and aligning goals around the customer.
