The ideal Sales & Marketing Manager will be a dynamic self-starter with a passion for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Job Function : The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for spearheading our sales growth initiatives and developing strategic marketing plans to expand our customer base. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, as you'll be building and leading sales efforts from the ground up. You'll be directly involved in prospecting, closing deals, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets Prospect, nurture, and close new business opportunities to drive company growth Create and execute marketing campaigns to generate quality leads Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners Develop sales forecasts and reports for senior management Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and product development Manage and grow the sales and marketing team as the company expands Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools (Click up etc) Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and trends Knowledge of data analysis and report writing Apply Now
