Sales Consultants - Western Cape SPECIFICATION A leading, multinational ISP with a large-scale national network requires dedicated & vibrant individuals to sell and market their products and services directly to prospective clients while building and maintaining healthy, long-term relationship with them. The individuals appointed to this role would also need to maintain a client portfolio and ensure that all related queries are dealt with in a professional manner. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Client Development To identify and develop profitable new business opportunities while achieving sales targets; To develop new sales leads and build a database of potential clients through cold calling and walking of build routes; To generate sales by selling to MDU's, Complexes and Estates; To follow the company's standard operating procedures at all times; To maintain and grow existing business by maximising cross/upselling opportunities; To develop strong client relationships to enhance and increase sales potential; To keep up to-date sales pipelines for all existing and prospective client interactions on company's systems; To prepare accurate, detailed and professional written proposals and quotations where applicable; To ensure a professional sales approach is followed at all times; To ensure that your customer portfolio is satisfied Manage client relationships by keeping open lines of communication; Liaise between the client and operational units to ensure implementation of solutions sold. Operational Effectiveness Working hours are 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday. Be punctual, responsible and diligent in all tasks and duties attended to. Complete accurate and timely sales administration records Assist service delivery teams where required Submit to the Manager all relevant reports, paperwork and update on all future sales activity Educate prospective and current clients on our products, support & offerings. Any additional responsibilities as required from time to time Comply with company policy and procedures REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 with English and a second language Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal PC Literacy - word, excel, email and internet 3 years working/sales experience in connectivity (preferably) Display an understanding and knowledge of the product and industry Reliable vehicle and driver's license a must. Additional Skills Business Writing skills Negotiation skills Telephonic sales etiquette Confident communicator over the phone, in person and in writing Strong sales approach when handling objections or closing a deal. The ability to resolve problems with clients and arrive at decisions which allow the business to move forward Attributes Actively participate in team meetings and use your market knowledge to sell products effectively Ability to work in team orientated environment and contribute in a positive manner Ability to work independently and self-manage Show Initiative and be professional at all times Integrity, responsibility and accountability to be displayed during all times Ability to meet deadlines within time constraints Ability to be effective in a pressurised environment Monthly Salary: Market related Apply Now
