Universal Security Services and Maintenance is reputable Security Company based in KwaZulu Natal, Pinetown with contracts in KZN is currently looking for an experienced Sales representatives that will be based in based in Durban and surroundings. We currently have an increased focus on our guarding, VIP Protection, control room monitoring and associated technical services and intends to develop and expand these value offerings in the KwaZulu-Natal Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary. Answers questions from clients. Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources. Development and execution of sales, marketing and business strategies with the focus on actively seeking new business and expanding current business in the KwaZulu Natal Province. Identifying local business opportunities and challenges Self-generation of leads through cold calling Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Provide security solutions and quotations with correct specifications for client applications. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Negotiating new contracts. Assisting with the roll out of new contracts Consistent feedback to senior management formally and informally on progress, challenges and successes Excellent client orientation & negotiation skills Ability to generate sales leads and close deals Above average communication skills Time management skills Ability to work under pressure Target driven Detail orientated Ability to work independently Must be able to bring two or more contracts in the space of three months of employment and after wards one contract per month not less than R150k At least 3 years in the Security industry as a Sales representative or a similar position, with a proven track record. Grade 12, but preferably a recognised qualification in Sales and Marketing Must have a valid driver's licence with own vehicle Market related salary with a commission structure to be discussed.
