Responsibilities: Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Provide exceptional customer service. Perform other admin tasks as required High school diploma or equivalent. 4 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
