If you are currently working as a Business Development executive or an estate agent working long hours, and looking for a role in which you can transfer your current skills, and better manage your work-life balance? Are you working in a different sector entirely, but want more of a people facing, target driven, and rewarding role? Are you in a different type of sales position but struggle to envision your long-term career, or feel as though your role is leading to a dead end? Recruitment could be for you. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned verticals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Source, assess, and select candidates using a variety of methods and tools. Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base. Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients and candidates alike. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role (sales). In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Bachelor's degree or National Diploma.
