o Analyze daily reports received from LSP’s
o Reporting – Weekly and Monthly Business Intelligence Report to SDS Leader
o GR Management – All inbound shipments must be processed within KPI
o EDI Monitoring
o Monitor Daily Truck arrival times at SVC Warehouse
o IOD and POD uploading in Cello ? Parts Arrival Ratio management
o Return Delivery Order Management – Credit must be processed within KPI
o Failed Collection Management- escalate to LSP management
o Manage Export deliveries
o Inventory Management - Attending Monthly Counts and checking weekly reports
o Stock Transfer Order creation
o KPI Management - Weekly Report: KPI Management: Following up on Failures
o POD Management - POD Verification
o Creating quotations for Ad hoc requests
o Prompt communication on all required platforms? Whatsapp/Knox/emails
