Short-term Rentals Host - Kwazulu Natal A dynamic property development portfolio based on the North Coast of KZN is seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join their team as a Short-Term Rental Host. The successful candidate will be the face of the company's property, ensuring that guests have a memorable and seamless experience. Their responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining the property, and providing excellent customer service. DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and informative introduction to the property Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve any issues that arise during their stay Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the property is always in top condition Ensure timeous and professional feedback across the company's digital platforms Maintain all online listings and ensure updated where appropriate Manage social media presence and marketing campaigns QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or social media management is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively Flexible schedule to accommodate guest arrivals and departures, including weekends and holidays Monthly Salary: Market related
