Job Purpose: Solution Architect Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that meet business needs and align with the company's architectural standards. Strategic Management: Develop and implement solutions that align with the company's technology vision and business objectives. Solution Design: Create and design technology solutions that address business requirements and are scalable, reliable, and secure. Standard and Policies: Establish and maintain standards and best practices for solution development and deployment. Contingency Planning: Ensure solutions are resilient and have appropriate contingency plans. Support and Delivery: Ensure solutions support the required products, services, and delivery mechanisms. Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Customer Centricity: Treat customers fairly and address their needs effectively. Effective Self-Management and Teamwork: Maintain professionalism, meet deadlines, and support team objectives. Education Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years in IT solution design roles with at least 3 years in a solutions architecture capacity. Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in insurance/fintech industry. Required Job Competencies Excellent problem-solving abilities Proven track record of designing innovative solutions. Deliver high quality solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders. Proficiency with cloud computing platforms. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Expertise in system design and networking. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in project planning and time management. Understanding industry-specific business practices and strategic thinking. Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements. Strong leadership and continuous learning mindset. Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
