Coactivate is recruiting for a Team Leader in support of a busy multi-utility energy consultancy based in the United Kingdom. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in leading and managing an energy sales team and with a proven track record. Purpose of the role: Responsible for achieving daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals by driving and motivating a team. This is a leads campaign for an international company, so your ability to work with the team to ensure performance targets are met are crucial for this role. Build direct relationships with the client and will work closely with the team to leverage business resources and maximize revenue opportunities within this campaign. Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) 2 - 3 years Contact Centre Sales Management experience Must have international campaign experience International business campaign experience (advantageous) Good sales track record Clear criminal record Core Competencies: Ability to manage a team Understanding Call Centre principles and practices Able to coach and develop subordinates Strong Sales or selling background Ability to resolve customer complaints Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook proficient Ability to work in a pressurized environment Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to handle escalations and take ownership Decision making ability If you feel you meet the above criteria, please send a motivational letter along with your CV to thanushapillaycoactivate.co.za to apply.
