Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients Job Requirements Experience: 5 years in talent development in an industrial company in South Africa Preferably aligned with SIOPSA Understanding of labour law Understanding of Motor Industry Bargaining Council main agreement and regulations Knowledge of Employment Equity Legislation Knowledge of Skills Development Legislation Understanding of the South African multi-cultural differences and the behavioral impact in the daily routines of an industrial company. Ability to understand the dynamics of a management team in an industrial company and the different profiles/styles that need to engage to optimize the outcome. Advanced in emotional intelligence, with tools to read and develop different level workers. Excellent ability to coach Honest, committed, loyal, reliable and discreet. Build and maintain the appropriate ecosystem to engage workers with the company culture and develop the feeling of ownership that will take the company to the next level. Read and monitor the emotional level of the workers at different levels Identify the critical working points that define the engagement status of workers at all levels. Understand the strategic company vision and the weight of talent development on the success of the plan. Build the action plan to restore the confidence of workers towards their responsibility as main players in the progress of the company. Engage with area managers to include the talent development strategy across the daily company tasks. Lead the transformation of the ownership feeling of all workers at all levels. Liaise with the wide diversity of cultures present in the company and pursue systemically the improvement of relationships between workers. Coach managers to improve their performance.
