In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing processes in the seafood industry. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a relevant field. Prior experience (3-5 years) in seafood processing. Strong knowledge of seafood processing techniques and equipment. Understanding of food safety and quality regulations. Experience in process optimization and improvement. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
